WARWICK, RI- Today, General Treasurer and congressional candidate Seth Magaziner was endorsed by the Rhode Island Association of Fire Fighters.
“Seth Magaziner has been a champion for working people in Rhode Island,” said Rhode Island Association of Fire Fighters President Joseph Andriole. “Thanks to Magaziner’s leadership, hardworking Rhode Islanders who have dedicated their lives to public service will be able to retire in dignity. Seth is exactly the fighter we need in Washington.”
Magaziner has used the Office of the General Treasurer in innovative ways to promote economic opportunity and build financial stability for Rhode Islanders. He has managed the Rhode Island pension fund to an all-time high, outperforming 98 percent of other public pensions over the last year.
