In the Ocean State, the natural environment is central to our way of life and our economy. At the same time, climate change is an immediate threat to thousands of Rhode Islanders, and must be addressed with urgency.

As Treasurer, Seth created clean energy programs at the state Infrastructure Bank that have put thousands of Rhode Islanders to work on emissions-free alternative energy projects across the state. He also dramatically reduced the state’s investment exposure to fossil fuels.

In Congress, Seth will continue his work to bring clean energy jobs to Rhode Island, invest in climate resilience, and support measures to protect the quality of our environment.
